Orders and deliveries
The delivery of your order usually takes between 10 and 13 days. This allows us to offer the most competitive price possible without compromising the quality of our products. We are committed to providing you with the best value, and this delivery time helps us achieve that goal.
We are committed to processing and shipping orders quickly, within 1-3 business days of order confirmation. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. After receiving the shipping confirmation email, you can track the progress of your order using the detailed tracking information provided inside. Simply use the tracking data provided to follow your package on our shipping partners' website.
Since we work with an automated system, orders are processed immediately once placed. Therefore, it is not possible to interrupt the shipping process until delivery has been completed.
At Rose & Mae we cover the shipping costs for all orders. All these products are delivered directly to your home completely free of charge, with no minimum order amount required.
We understand that plans can change, but we strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible once it’s received. For this reason, we kindly ask customers to double-check their order before completing payment. If you have any questions or concerns about your order, don’t hesitate to contact our customer service. If your tracking information shows that your order was delivered but you haven’t received it, please follow these steps:
- Make sure the shipping address entered during checkout is correct. Sometimes packages are delivered to a neighbor, receptionist, or another safe location near your home.
- Check if the courier left a note or delivery slip. In some cases, packages are placed in a safe spot or handed over to someone else if you weren’t home.
- Reach out to the delivery service listed in your tracking info. Provide your tracking number and explain the situation. They may be able to give you more details or start an investigation.
- If you still can't locate your package after trying the above steps, please email us at info@vitalaun.com with your order details and tracking number. We’ll be happy to help resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order.
- In some cases, if a package is marked as delivered but hasn't been received, a claim may need to be filed with the carrier. We can assist you with this process and provide any necessary documentation.

If you notice the error shortly after placing your order, please contact our customer service immediately. The sooner you reach out, the greater the chance that we can correct the address before the order is shipped.
If your order has already been processed or shipped and the address can no longer be changed through our customer service, please contact the carrier directly. Depending on their policy, you may be able to request a reroute or redirection of the package to the correct address. Please note that this may involve additional costs and is subject to approval by the carrier.

Product
We recommend checking the Size Finder on the product page. It will help you choose the perfect fit. If you're unsure about the size, feel free to email us with any questions.
You can leave your email address on the relevant product page. Simply click the “Size out of stock?” button when selecting a size. You’ll be automatically notified as soon as the item is back in stock.
Proper care ensures your clothing stays in top condition for longer. Here's a guide on how to best wash your trousers and tops:
Step 1: Check the care label

Step 2: Sort by color and fabric

Step 10: Iron or steam if needed
Iron or steam your garments as needed to remove wrinkles and maintain a neat look. Always follow the ironing instructions on the care label to avoid damage.

Returns
At info@roseandmae.com, we offer a 30-day return period from the receipt of your order. If you wish to return a product, simply follow these steps:
- Send an email to info@roseandmae.com
- Include your order number and the reason for the return request.
- Attach a photo of the product, especially in case of breakage or damage.
- Provide your first and last name.
- Don't forget to include your address.
As soon as we receive your return request, we will contact you promptly with further instructions. Thank you for your cooperation!

If your product is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. We will work with you to find an appropriate solution.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in its original condition, including labels and packaging. Unfortunately, used products cannot be returned.

We are pleased to inform you that PayPal is now an available payment option. You can select it during checkout for a secure and convenient transaction.
At the moment, we only support Google Pay as a payment method. Unfortunately, Apple Pay is not available yet.

No, unfortunately, we do not currently accept gift cards or discount codes. We are working on adding these options in the future. Keep an eye on our website for updates!
